The "Yizkor" website (hereinafter: "the Website") is owned by Yizkor, Ohad Benit, Company No. 031497837 (hereinafter: "the Company").
These terms and conditions are written in the masculine form for convenience only and apply equally to all genders.
Section headings are provided solely for convenience and shall not be used to interpret the terms.
The provisions of these terms and conditions shall apply to all use of the Website, including browsing, purchasing, or any other action. Use of the Website constitutes agreement to these terms and conditions.
By using the Website, the user declares that they are aware of the terms and accept them. The user agrees that they shall have no claim or demand against the Company or its representatives, except claims relating to breaches of the Company's obligations under these terms.
The Company reserves the right to amend these terms at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
The Company's computerized records shall constitute prima facie evidence of the accuracy of actions performed on the Website.
These terms and conditions apply to all use of the Website across all communication devices (e.g., computer, mobile phone).

The user declares that they are at least 18 years old and legally competent to perform binding legal actions.
Purchasing on the Website is conditional upon providing accurate and up-to-date information in the order form.
The user must ensure they possess a valid credit card legally issued or have obtained the cardholder's authorization for its use.
The Company reserves the right to restrict access to the Website or cancel orders from users whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or who violate these terms.
Upon placing an order, the Company will confirm the order, subject to verification of payment details and product availability in stock.
The Company reserves the right to update product prices, shipping fees, promotions, and discounts on the Website without prior notice.

Products will be delivered to the address provided in the order form.
The Company shall not be held responsible for delays in delivery resulting from incorrect information provided by the user or circumstances beyond its control.
In the event of a delay, the Company will coordinate alternative delivery arrangements, subject to product availability.
The shirts will be shipped during April 2025.
Domestic shipping is included in the order price; international shipping is available at an additional cost.

Returns or exchanges are subject to the provisions of these terms and the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 (hereinafter: "the Law"). A purchaser may cancel a transaction and return a product purchased on the Website by providing written notice to the project organizer, including the purchaser's full name and order number, all in accordance with the provisions governing remote sales cancellation under the Law.
In the event of a cancellation, the purchaser shall be refunded the amount paid, less 5% of the total transaction amount or NIS 100, whichever is lower. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the purchaser cancels the transaction due to a defect in the product, a discrepancy between the product and the information provided, non-delivery of the product as agreed, or any other breach by the project organizer, the organizer shall refund the purchaser the full amount paid within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice.
In any case of cancellation, the purchaser must provide an invoice or other satisfactory proof of purchase, including details of the transaction, date, amount paid, and payment method.

All intellectual property rights on the Website, including its content, design, and code, are owned by the Company.
No part of the Website's content may be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from the Company.

The Company is committed to protecting user privacy and will use the information provided solely for order processing and service improvement.
User information will be stored in the Company's databases in compliance with applicable laws.
Credit card details are transmitted securely in accordance with PCI standards.

These terms and conditions are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Tel Aviv district.
